One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in while visiting the Netherlands! The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city with loads of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in a the Loft Room, which was spacious, beautifully clean, and had a great bath. The bed was super comfortable, and even though the hotel is on a busy high street, the room was completely quiet. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly helpful—carried our bags to the room and gave us great tips for exploring the city and dinner. Nothing was too much trouble. We’ll definitely be returning!

Very nice, clean hotel with surprisingly spacious rooms. It's in an ideal location, as you are close to everything. Note that reception is not attended 24/7, but the staff is very friendly and made the self check-in easy, following up to make sure everything is going well. The hand-written welcome card was an especially nice touch.

This is my second visit to the hotel for a 2 night stay. The standard has dropped a bit. The room was lovely overall, but the shower head needed descaling as it leaked everywhere outside of the cubicle. The breakfast wasn't like before. The poached egg was overdone, and we weren't welcomed with the late night cocktail like last year. Room service had made the bed, but the bath was still dirty after returning from a day out. I would have cleaned it myself, but there were no cleaning materials. I hope this will improve as I often visit the Hague annually.
