Gostei muito do hotel, porém cheguei às 15 horas e tive que esperar pois o quarto não estava pronto, detalhe a entrada e as 13 horas

The receptionist's service left much to be desired. I asked about the price and was told only 568 bs per night, without giving me any additional details. Most hotels explain whether the price includes breakfast, taxes, the type of room, or if there are differences depending on the amenities. Here, there was not even the slightest effort to provide information. I found the service to be very basic and unprofessional. I was planning to stay at this hotel for 7 days, but the customer service was disappointing.

I made a breakfast reservation. When I made the reservation, they told me I had to cancel the entire reservation, which I did. When the time came, they didn't know about the reservation; the table wasn't ready.
