Delta Hotels by Marriott Kingston Waterfront

Our recent stay at the Delta Hotels Kingston Waterfront was truly exceptional – a genuine highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel prioritizes guest comfort and goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding service. What truly set this hotel apart was the unparalleled level of personalized care, especially concerning our daughter's disability. When I alerted the staff to her needs, the Assistant Manager herself immediately stepped in, personally carrying our baggage to our room. This incredibly thoughtful and proactive gesture made us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed from the very first minute. Beyond this, we were consistently provided with water and vitamin droppers throughout our stay, a minor detail that speaks volumes about their attention to guest well-being and a remarkable understanding of individual needs. Beyond the incredible service, the hotel itself delivered on all fronts. Our room was impeccably clean, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable, ensuring restful nights after busy days. We also appreciated the efficiency in meeting our requests; when we asked for more towels, they were promptly delivered to our door. And the view! Waking up to, or winding down with, the amazing waterfront scenery was simply breathtaking and added so much to our overall experience. Overall, our stay at the Delta Hotels Kingston Waterfront was nothing short of perfect. It's rare to find a hotel that combines such top-tier comfort and amenities with genuinely caring, proactive, and personalized service. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kingston and would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again.

Rooms were clean and well outfitted. On site amenities nice. Seemed like the staff wasn't used to handling the volume business on a Saturday night. A little messy and disheveled in the restaurants, more focused on talking amongst themselves than taking care of customers. We sat at the bar and the staff very friendly, but we were only customers at bar and had to repeatedly ask for refills on drinks, to order etc. Staff very nice, but seemed understaffed and nit able to give proper attention. Creative drinks and decent food.

Spent a night away at this hotel and it was wonderful!!! The room was spotless, the views of the harbour were beautiful and watching the boats coming in and out were just so fun to watch couldn’t ask for a better location in downtown Kingston to stay at close proximity to everything. Pool and hot tub are a bonus with water views also. Room wasn’t ready when we got there which was fine but after waiting close to hour and half for a phone call I went to the desk and asked if it was ready and they said it was. Downfall is no complementary breakfast, coupons or something for there restaurant in the hotel for paying guests would be beneficial.
