Beautiful property. Staff outstanding. Parking on site was great. Accessible without having to go outside. Gorgeous Lobby. Restaurant on site was very good with a good menu. I had lobster risotto and it was fabulous. Loaded with lobster. Bar area very nice. Room was large and very comfortable. Shower hot and strong. Club room spotless and breakfast and after hours were very good. Maintained well and plenty of soft drink option s.
This hotel was fantastic. It’s right in the center of the action and everything is in walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the cleaning staff members on the 9th floor. Rooms were immaculate and modern. Breakfast in the morning was also very good. Finally, the gym was extensive and clean.
The room is very basic, the bed if far too soft, and the AC is noisy, even when turned off. For the price, the quality is simply not justified. Now, about the breakfast: it’s extremely poor quality. Think low-end industrial bread, no maple syrup, only pancake syrup, and inconsistent offerings, some days there are bananas, some days not, etc. For the coffee a.k.a. sock juice, better to go to Starbucks 50 feet away. If you don’t choose the buffet, be prepared to wait 30+ minutes for terrible pancakes. And the buffet? $29.90 before tip. Outrageous. The only highlight: dinner is surprisingly good and reasonably priced.
