I got the chance to stay at this hotel and it was well worth it, the rooms were amazing, the staff was kind and gentle, the food was delicious, and the hotel is a 5 minute walk from mg road. The scenery during breakfast was unimaginable but every 10 minutes a cloud would come to ruin it. The hotel has very few people staying when we came and left which made it feel like a solo adventure. Would recomend five stars.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The location offers a truly picturesque view—waking up to such serene and breathtaking scenery every morning was a highlight of our trip. The hospitality was top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the stay all the more special. A special mention goes to the wonderful birthday surprise arranged for Mr. Samir Thapa. The room was beautifully decorated, and the effort put into every little detail truly touched our hearts. It made the celebration unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great service and unforgettable memories. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Stayed in two Heritage Deluxe rooms for 4 nights/5 days. The hotel is in a great location, very close to M.G. Market. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. However, dinner (à la carte, not part of the package) was not up to the mark – food and service could definitely improve. Housekeeping was excellent and the staff was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Some amenities like the gym and spa were not available due to renovation. Overall, a nice experience – with a few improvements, it can be even better. Keep it up!
