Near supermarket & few restaurants which is good. The staff are quick respond. Downside, sound insulation isn't too good, someone walking and speaking in corridor can be heard.
overall experience is really nice, if you are looking for a clean place, in the center of Moscow and near to everything - 5-10 minutes to Metro and Buses, it's highly recommended.
Small room, but had everything I needed. AC, kettle, good shower, fridge, etc.
