D'Hotel Singapore managed by The Ascott Limited

It was from reading the reviews that I decided to stay at this hotel and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived to when it was time to leave, I had a really lovely experience here. Rati, who was on reception, was so warm, welcoming and helpful. She helped me to sign up as a member so I could have a complimentary early check in as I arrived around 12pm. Throughout my stay she was so friendly and always very helpful. The size of the room was great; comfortable bed, pillows and the water pressure in the shower is great. I liked that the shower had two shower head options; normal and rain shower head from the ceiling. I am a light sleeper, but I always bring ear plugs with me so I slept great. Can hear a little bit of traffic noise without them. The location is close to bus stops and train station making it easy to explore. I only had 24 hours in Singapore but managed to find some delicious dining options in the area.

We had a great stay in this Hotel. - Great location: Close to the subway 🚇 and to Chinatown, perfect base to explore Singapore. 👍 - The room and the lobby are very clean, well designed and perfectly maintained! - Kudos to the staff who are very welcoming, thoughtful, and eager to help you with anything you need ! 🙏💕 We will definitely come back here the next time we stop in Singapore ! 👍

The hotel is about 500 meters from Outram Station and Singapore General Hospital — within walking distance. The room is fairly spacious and clean. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. There is a bus stop right across from the hotel, making it easy to get around.
