A spacious resort with a large territory and separate houses called bungalows. Inside, the air conditioning works well, and the space is comfortable and pleasant. The only downside — there was no hand soap in the bungalow we rented. Golf carts take you to the pool and the beach, which is very convenient. Lots of greenery and beautiful views. You can also rent a bungalow for a special evening and have a photo session by the shore, in nature, or around the resort grounds.
Peaceful oasis 20 minutes from the City center, outstanding customer service, exceptional buffet breakfast with vegetarian options, western food, and traditional Vietnamese cuisine. We booked three nights and we loved it so much, we extended our stay for five more nights. Our two bedroom/two bathroom condo was very clean with comfortable bedding, walk in shower and tub, basic kitchen (not for cooking) and balcony overlooking the glorious 50m pool. My husband swam every morning and loved it. He said it was very clean. Exceptional value for what you pay! Free daily shuttle into town plus free shuttle around the resort. There is a beautiful beach for hotel guests that is so peaceful and pretty with nature all around. The grounds are massive and very well maintained. Don't be turned off by some negative reviews. We certainly did not experience any of the negatives. We will come back for sure!
The hotel is located in a quiet, remote area with mountain views — ideal if you're looking for peace and silence. However, there are no restaurants or shops nearby, so you're fully dependent on the hotel’s restaurant. The rooms are superb (we got the Bungalow Garden View) — very spacious and comfortable. An amazing value for the price! As a returning customer who previously rated it 5/5, I was disappointed this time due to several service issues. That 5-star rating was mainly because, at around USD 36 per night, the price was extremely low for such a large resort with rooms that spacious and well-designed. Booking through Agoda went smoothly and we got the room we asked for, but many things made the stay frustrating. 1. Room maintenance: The shower was broken and leaked from the side, flooding the toilet area. 2. Aircon needed servicing. 3. Customer service was excellent — staff responded quickly and were kind (5/5). 4. Beach area: There were four simultaneous team-building sets on the beach. Loud music from different groups overlapped, and it was played up to 20 minutes before they even arrived. Activities ran from 7–10 am and 2–5 pm, making it impossible to relax — especially in the morning. Though advertised as private, the beach is clearly shared with public groups arriving in buses. 5. Seawater: The water was visibly dirty on two out of the three days we stayed. Plastic bags floated in the sea every day. While staff cleaned the sand, they didn’t remove trash from the water. 6. Breakfast experience and vegetarian options: – The buffet had variety, but quality was average and some food was overcooked. – A Russian guest waited too long for an omelet. When she reminded the chef about her request for ham, he answered in Vietnamese that she'd now have to wait, then ignored her and kept cooking for no one in particular. She ended up adding the ham herself. – My wife, who is vegetarian, asked for rice without meat (as we had informed the hotel in advance), and the staff didn't respond. – The restaurant offers very limited options for vegetarians, both at breakfast and in the general menu. – Only the restaurant manager was helpful — he asked for an omelet to be prepared the first two mornings when the egg station refused. 7. Breakfast location: It used to be by the pool. Now it’s moved to a windowless room on the second floor of the lobby. One morning, a private karaoke event next door made breakfast very noisy. 8. Kids’ pool was closed during our entire 3-day stay due to loose tiles. No repairs were done. 9. Check-in: No orientation was provided. We didn't know we had to go to the beach bar to request the electric cart, so we ended up walking 700 meters back. 10. Bicycles: They're free, but require a 200k cash deposit each — not ideal if you don’t carry cash. Bikes are only available until 5:30 pm, even though the staff stays much later. The beach closes at 6 pm. Conclusion: This is a 4-star hotel with great potential, but the service experience feels closer to 2 stars due to avoidable flaws. I hope they address these issues — it used to be a place I fully enjoyed.
