Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa Your Beachfront Bliss Awaits

We stayed here for 3 days and wish we would have stayed longer. The rooms were large and clean, we had the perfect view of the ocean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was nice but we spent most of the time on the beach. The food was amazing and tasty. Thanks to Evelyn, Anna, Audrey and the rest of the staff. You made our vacation amazing 👏

I was disappointed with my stay at Diani Reef. The rooms are outdated and not well-maintained, with cleanliness being below standard. Service was slow, and several staff members came across as having an unwelcoming attitude. It appeared that many workers were students on attachment, which may explain the lack of professionalism. The drinking water provided in reusable glass bottles did not seem hygienic, and I was concerned about their cleanliness. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations for a hotel of this reputation.

This hotels over rated, the property is exhausted, most of the facilities are run down, overly priced for what they are providing, beach beds are old, beach side tables are broken, rooms need renovations,showers are rusted, fridges don't work, toilet door doesn't close etc.. The staff is brilliant very friendly and polite. Beach is beautiful, the hotel could do with a face-lift with the amount of money they charge. Bookings.com need to review their ratings. No entertainment like other hotels have, massage palour was shut, paddle they charge for, basically everything is charged for....
