This is one of the most fantastic hotels one can find in Samarkand. It has fantastic courteous staff specially Mr Shokhrukh at Reveption. His customer service and respect of customers is excellent and I actually booked the hotel based on his service. I recommend everyone to come and stay here.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very modern and spacious. Bed and pillows were overly firm for my taste. The staff puts out delicious cookies every evening in the lobby. We were there for 3 nights and saw two weddings....must be a very popular hotel.
