A lovely hotel for young and old. Two large pools and lots of other amenities. Food and drinks lovely. Staff very pleasant and helpful. In a great location with its own part of the beach which is just across the narrow road. Relatively peaceful part of Sunny Beach.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough. Towels were changed daily and the housekeeping staff did their job well. Overall, the hotel is very pleasant and located on one of the best beaches in Sunny Beach—literally right across from it. We were happy with everything; the only downside I would mention is that we stayed during peak season, so there were far too many people. The restaurant could get a bit chaotic at times. Still, if you overlook that, a stay at this hotel is definitely worth it.

Hotel Review: Mixed Feelings About the "Ultra All Inclusive" Our stay at the hotel left us with mixed impressions, especially considering the advertised "ultra all inclusive" services. Rooms and Cleaning: The rooms were rather small, but their cleaning was absolutely fine, and we have no complaints in that regard. Bar Service: Here we encountered a rather significant drawback. The service at the bars was unfortunately slow, and it often took a long time for anyone to notice us. Pools and Beach: The pools were pleasantly large and never overcrowded with guests, which was a plus. A major negative point at the pools, however, was the problem with "towel-reservers." Sun loungers were occupied by towels from early morning, without any guest appearing for hours. This issue was not addressed by anyone. In contrast, the situation on the beach was completely different and much better managed. Here, an employee was responsible for enforcing the rules, freeing up empty sun loungers occupied only by towels and taking the towels to a collection point. Food: The initial impression of the food was good, but over time, the selection started to repeat. We missed themed dinners that would have livened up the menu. Given the advertised "ultra all inclusive," we expected greater variety and creativity in the kitchen, and in this respect, we were quite disappointed. Overall, the hotel has its strengths, such as cleaning and the size of the pools. However, shortcomings in service, the handling of the towel-reserver issue at the pools, and especially the repetitive food lowered our overall impression of the stay, particularly since we expected a high level of service associated with "ultra all inclusive."
