I wish they had more stars so I can rate this hotel higher! From checking in, the experience was amazing. Hakan was a pleasure to deal with, took us on a full tour of the hotel and showed us everything we needed to know about our stay. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The room was spacious and very clean. Our little girl loved the pool and the gym was one of the best I’ve seen in Ankara. Breakfast was delicious during our stay and we kept looking forward to it every morning and special thanks to Aysa for being the best server. Our little girl loved her! Overall a great experience and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Ankara!

This is my new favorite place, the hotel is great and their service is the best. Their host and hostesses are great. Aysha from the restaurant is amazing , she goes above and beyond to help you. It’s a must to do, highly recommended. Will be coming back for sure.

We stayed here for 10 days in May. I will start with that I struggled to rate this place a 4 as it is clearly one of the nicest hotels in Turkey. However, it was various little things that have caused me to move this review from 5 to 4. I will also say that the service and staff are some of the best I have ever witnessed. Also, the location is great...just a few minutes walk to Pizza Forne(?) and a grocery store as well as many other restaurants/points of interest. Note: I do not recommend to travel with a lot of luggage as getting taxis can be difficult and vans run approx $100 to and from the Airport and must be ordered in advance. The following is the list of our issues - though to some may be minor I feel it pulls the Divan back away from being a true 5 star...maybe closer to a 4.5 star. 1. The room service food was not fresh/good and overpriced 2. The Sushi restaurant was not even close to authentic Japanese, not very good and also overpriced. 3. The Hair Salon was absolutely terrible and destroyed our childs hair....probably the worst salon I have ever seen. 4. The restaurant was ultimately good but overpriced. 5. Put spoons out on the table for breakfast!! 6. Don't put the dish/utensil rack in the middle of the restaurant...nobody wants to hear a bunch of clanging while they eat/converse. 7. Not all staff speak English - in a sense understandable but Swiss otel doesn't have this issue and they are strongly a 5 star. 8. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke - they did offer to move us to a more expensive room at our cost...which I thought was absurd so we stuck it out the few last days with the smoke smell. 9. having a service bell in the restaurant area is dated and annoying. 10. a few times our orders were wrong. 11. We had a do not disturb sign up on our door but still asked that they bring waters daily, refill coffee, sugar, etc...often they would only do one at a time or in very small quantities despite having 3 people in the room. 12. The locker room in the sauna area leading to the Hamam was unkempt, empty packages/half used Q-tips/ packs laying about, towels on the floor etc. 13. We had to request a detail of additional charges multiple times both by email and phone before finally receiving it almost a week later even though we were promised one at check-out.
