Excellence in Every Detail From my arrival in Djibouti, every element of my stay at Kempinski was flawlessly managed. My journey began with a smooth and pleasant airport pickup by Mr. Houssein, whose respectful manner and friendly welcome made a great first impression. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by Khadar and Abdirazak, who managed my luggage with professionalism and a warm, welcoming attitude. Their service reflected the high standards of the hotel. The front desk was manned by a brilliant team—Hassan, Hodan, Ladan, Fathi, and Hamza—all of whom went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed. Their elegance, patience, and hospitality were evident throughout my stay. The Ladies in Red, always smiling and dressed with sophistication, added grace and warmth to the entire experience. Their presence brought a personal and human touch to the luxurious surroundings. This level of quality does not happen by accident—it is the result of strong leadership, consistent training, and a deep commitment to service. I extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who made my stay so special.

‎I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Djibouti. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a warm and seamless experience. The service was impeccable—professional, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. ‎ ‎The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and luxury in every detail. What truly stood out was the spectacular view of the Red Sea. Watching the sunrise and sunset from my room was simply unforgettable and added so much to the overall experience.
