Stayed on a Friday night. Great apartment. Amazing views of the dockside from both the living area and the main bedroom. Everything was immaculately clean. Everything provided that we needed. Staff were super friendly. Just a stones throw away from the Liverpool wheel and the pubs etc. Highly recommended.
Location is great , car park is round the corner . The apartment it self looks fine on the surface the beds are awful ! You can literally feel the springs in the mattress, maybe just our luck (avoid room 306) there's no aircon and one lift. Strange toilet situation no door seems like your on a raised platform ! The receptionist lady was nice and very helpful . But at £200 a night I want a decent mattress !
Cheap and nasty. Missing window blinds, no bins in the bedrooms. No soap/shower gel in main bedroom. Bed is so soft , can feel coils digging into back. Fittings and fixtures cheapest they can find. 2 star at most. Reception gave us wrong keys which accessed the other guests room. Just as well we were honest!
