I have stayed in the hotel about 4-5 times. Everytime is a different experience. The hotel + rooms are very clean & tidy with attractive ambience. The staff are very friendly, courteous, cooperative & helpful. The price of food is on the higher side which I feel can be lowered to some extent. But the food quality is excellent! Overall my stay and experience is memorable!
I know you care for your customers however Non vegetarian MUST be moved to lunch instead of Dinner. So that your customers can have a good sleep and not have any issues in the night. Also ghee and oil must be reduced or stopped while making dosa. Light is enough. It’s not healthy and based on India health status… many are having heart attack that is all related to fat consumption, oil, ghee etc. Apart from this Dolphin hotel is excellent with staff and ambience. Outstanding courtesy of staff.
Great staff will stay here next time :) From the very beginning the staff were very kind and ready to assist. Everyone went above and beyond to fulfill the tiniest details of our request. Special thanks to Mr Narasimha- Manager of Cascade hotel who personally reached out to accommodate dietary request. Rooms were clean and very comfy beds /pillows. We had a great time choosing this place.
