Dormio Hotel De Prins van Oranje

It was my first time in Maastricht. So I chose to go to Dormio. They have inpartmemts and houses that's different from others resorts. The houses are nice but a bit small. The restaurant Dormio have over there the food is disgusting 😖 no taste. The swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ is cold 🥶 and the changing rooms are dirty. There is no workers there to manage the swimming pool, no life guards or cleaners there. This resort is only good to go and look around Maastricht.

The rooms were clean and modern. However, there seems to be a rather high cleaning fee which I was not happy with. Other than that more accessibility to fresh food would be appreciated.

strongly advise against staying at Dormio Resort Maastricht. I booked several nights but left right after seeing the room — I couldn’t imagine sleeping there. The room had a damp smell, and there were spiders crawling along the walls. The dishwasher was running non-stop, full of standing, dirty water that smelled awful. It felt like no one had properly cleaned or checked the place before handing over the keys. When I informed reception and left, they told me I could follow up for a refund. Later they denied everything and refused to return any money, even though I didn’t stay at all. If you care about cleanliness, service, or basic comfort — avoid this place.
