Dorsett Changi City Singapore

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Dorsett Changi City Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists were welcoming, polite, and professional, which made us feel at ease right away. We ended up extending our stay for another night at the last minute as the hotel is conveniently close to my husband’s workplace. The night receptionist was very accommodating and made the process smooth and hassle-free. We also really enjoyed the view of planes from Changi Airport — it was a unique and relaxing experience.The noise level was surprisingly low, which I really appreciated as a pregnant woman needing proper rest. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant stay. We’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Room was a great size although the bath was looking a little tired. Very easy to get to from the airport though if the mall is closed, be sure to walk through and round the mall to get to its entrance. Reception were lovely though room service seems to stop quite early.

Worst experience ever! Do not stay here! I arrived late at night and was told there is water shutdown and we could not wash or shower till next morning. Terrible after a long sweaty summer travel day in Singapore!!! The Indian lady at the reception was not apologetic of the situation. Seriously it’s a planned shutdown. A hotel should not book guests if they could not provide the bare necessity. The whole hotel was also smeared in an unhealthy chemical air, everywhere, the room, hallways, and lobby. From the notices posted inside the hotel, it’s currently going through major renovations and have caused regular disruptions to the guests. Definitely avoid this place. The room is bare minimal and the towels and bedding appear dated.
