Dorsett Tsuen Wan

Family had stayed there before and highly recommended this hotel. They adored the convenient location, cleanliness, modern and updated design as well as the friendly staff. They loved it so much that they convinced us to stay at Dorsett Tsuen Wan. We booked 3 rooms for the 6 of us in Nov 2025. An unforeseeable incident caused one of us not able to travel. The staff was very accommodating and cancelled one of the rooms promptly. The hotel was modern and clean. It's away from the tourist areas so it's more affordable. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Dorsett Tsuen Wan for 4 nights and had a great experience overall! Check-in was smooth, and the bed was super comfortable, a huge plus after full days of walking. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job making up the room daily and fresh towels were provided and changed every day upon request, which we really appreciated. Plus, having vending machines in the lobby was a nice touch for late-night cravings! The location is a little far from the city center, but it’s still very manageable especially with their shuttle service that leaves every 30 minutes going to the drop-off at main entrance of Metro Plaza. That definitely made getting around easier. Special thanks to Peter at the front desk. He was warm, helpful and very professional. He assisted us well during check-in and answered all my questions with a smile. Such great hospitality! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run place to stay in Hong Kong.

Hotel staff was polite and helpful but the room smells musty that it was hard to sleep. We tried 2 different rooms and they all have similar issue. I think it has something to do with recent heavy rain and carpet floorings. The room also look worn and dated. We left after one night even though we pre-paid for 6 nights (non-refundable)
