DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Biltmore

This was a really nice hotel stay. The staff were great. There were all kinds of issues with my reservation (because I made it through a call center) and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful getting it all resolved. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only bad thing I have to say about the room is that the bathroom fan didn't really work. While I was initially disappointed at the $15 charge for breakfast, it did cover tax + tip + multiple drink refills. Plus, the food was made to order and it was pretty good! We ate breakfast there each day of our stay.

I took an overnight road trip with my granddaughter and stayed here. They had a pack-and-play ready to go, the pool was perfect, and the outdoor garden area was beautiful. The room they gave us looked right out into the garden with a lovely view. I can't recall her name, but the African American woman with braids at the front desk was wonderfully welcoming! I would definitely return.

The beds are so comfortable. It was quiet. It was a quick exit off the interstate and the staff were efficient getting us in our room within 5 minutes of making our reservation online! The water pressure in the showers was great though my shower held water a little. 5/5 stars!
