Safe and neat. My father wanted oatmeal for breakfast. They made it from scratch and nondairy. We were amazed by the high-quality meal and lots of fresh fruits. (Definitely, other Hilton hotels in the US should take note. Only Tru in Miami near the airport offers nondairy milk, but in rate of which is the best, I say it is DT in Bogota). Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. We asked for a taxi service to take us to the airport, very fast and they made sure to contact a reliable transportation service. Upon our arrival, we received help with our luggage.
Clean rooms and great service. Great location if on foot. Elevator and room keys didn’t work 2-3x per day requiring a stop back at the front desk to reprogram. Attendant mentioned an ongoing issue.
Rooms could use some improvement. Breakfast service was excellent, dinner was good. Front desk service could do better on courtesy.
