Absolutely fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Al Jaddaf! The warmth and hospitality were palpable from the moment I stepped in. Special shoutout to the incredibly efficient Duty Manager, Ms. Layal Ksiri who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The team, including Mr. Hisham, Mr. Danish, and Mr. Othman, were all super friendly and helpful. And a big thank you to Mr.Usama, Mr Rahul and Mr. Jagdish at the valet parking for their excellent service! The cookies on arrival were a lovely touch. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and prime location. Can't wait to come back!

I had a great experience staying at the DoubleTree Hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was top-notch. A special mention goes to Fatima, who was serving breakfast during my stay. She was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive — going out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you, Fatima, and the entire DoubleTree team for making my stay memorable!

This stay was a unique experience, but not exactly in the way I expected. Check-in Experience Upon arrival, I was assisted by Mr. Zaki. While I appreciate the immediate check-in, I felt the interaction was not very welcoming. When I asked if it was possible to have a single bed for our couple’s date, his first response was to point out that I booked via Agoda and that there was no availability—without much effort to explore options. Even when I mentioned it was a special occasion, I didn’t feel any extra effort to make it special. He even asked me to open my booking platform to check availability, which made me feel more like I was being proven wrong rather than being helped. Unfortunately, this is not the kind of warm welcome I expect from DoubleTree, based on my previous stays in other branches. Room Experience I also asked if the room had a bathtub (from Mr. Zaki), and I was told “yes.” However, upon entering the room, I found only a shower area. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, so I called housekeeping. Service Recovery This is where things changed for the better. Two housekeeping team members (see photos) handled my concern wonderfully, and Mr. Ravi even offered to arrange a special decoration for us as a couple. Their professionalism and kindness helped cover up the disappointment I felt during check-in. Food & Beverage The F&B team and restaurant also did an excellent job (see photos). Their service and presentation were impressive, and I truly appreciated their efforts. Overall While the check-in experience and initial handling of my requests fell short of the “wow” service I’ve experienced in other DoubleTree locations (like M Square), the housekeeping and F&B teams 5⭐️, did a fantastic job in turning things around. I hope the front desk service can match the warmth and professionalism shown by the other teams in the hotel. Team Calderon (Couple Stay)
