Steps away from El Malecón 2000, with views to the entire city and an infinity pool, this place was amazing. The breakfast buffet is varied and the menu has some great food too like the tacos. Everyone felt safe and we got to enjoy walking through the city

We stayed here for one night as a stopover between Cuenca and JFK. The hotel was very modern, located right next to Malecon 2000 - but about 2 blocks away from the entrance. We were upgraded to a King Suite thanks to our Hilton Gold status as well as a birthday wish from the reception. The suite was spacious and very modern with a living room and a corner bedroom with a river view. I was looking forward to the rooftop infinity pool, but it doesn’t open until 9 a.m., which coincides with our flight departure time. We did spend some time sipping cocktails at the rooftop bar (by the pool) and chatting up with the friendly bartender that made us some killer drinks! The area felt safe to walk around, but to be honest, we didn’t venture too far. Uber to the airport was about $5-7.

The Hotel overall was amazing. Room clean, I had an awesome view. The roof top pool is incredible. For dinner we went to their bistro restaurant. Excellent view as well. The appetizers were great, but the main entrée was not that great. My mash potato was too plain and dry.
