My stay at Al Andalus Mall Hotel was wonderful! As this was my first time in Saudi Arabia, it truly set the tone for a great experience. The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming, and their hospitality made me feel right at home. Everything from the comfort of the rooms to the overall atmosphere was top-notch. I’m grateful to have started my journey in Saudi Arabia with such a warm and positive experience. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was extremely clean, tidy, and well-prepared every day – I really appreciated the attention to detail. The housekeeping team did an excellent job and kept everything spotless throughout my stay. The staff were professional and friendly, always ready to assist. Special thanks to Sulfikaar Ali and Al-Ameen for their outstanding service – they were kind, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended, and I would definitely return again!

Stayed at Al Andalus for 2 nights, very impressive! Super warm welcome by the porter service and check-in counter. Every helpful, friendly and efficient check-in. However, the check-in area is small and did not give that good first impression for the hotel, the staff's interactions and authenticity made up for it! Room was spacious, clean and the temperature was perfect. AC worked well and adjustable (unlike many hotels that the temp seem to be fixed) Quiet and no noise from either the corridor or neighbors. Breakfast selections were more than what other hotels of the same range offer - great choices there! Great location, next to the mall. Although the direct entrance to the mall was locked (from the mall side), it was still an easy walk there. The restaurant staff were as friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Rashid at the breakfast restaurant, attentive, professional and solution-driven! Highly recommended!
