I had such a wonderful experience during my stay! The hotel staff and manager were absolutely amazing — kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Everything was clean, organized, and peaceful. I really appreciate the level of professionalism and genuine hospitality. Thank you for making my stay so memorable — I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve stayed at this hotel every time I visited my grandmother because of its consistently outstanding service... and, of course, the best cookies for miles! My most recent stay was especially meaningful. I came to lay my grandmother to rest shortly after the devastating fires. Despite being fully booked with displaced families, the staff still went above and beyond to care for every guest. The night before the service, I needed to print my eulogy, and the staff was so kind and accommodating. That spirit of compassion was felt by everyone. One guest who had lost her home even brought cookies out for the staff to thank them. When I checked out, I left some flowers from the funeral to brighten the lobby as a small thank you. I may no longer have a reason to return to this specific hotel, but I will absolutely be seeking out DoubleTree by Hilton locations whenever I travel. Their hospitality made a difficult time a little lighter.

I checked in on August 3rd.. the room i was given had dried blood on the comforter and the entry light flashed like a strobe light. I went down to the front desk and reported. They gave me another room. I had to come back up, grab my stuff and haul it to the new room. The 2nd room, curtains weren't closed all the way. When I went to close, the rod was not attached properly, came off and one of the hooks on the curtain came undone. I reported again. I was comped a breakfast but that was about it. I spoke with the manager. They dont seem to want to try to make things better like an upgrade. Ill never stay here again. I should've just left after the dried blood
