Our room was very nice though the shower probably needs more explicit directions on the pull system. I was disappointed that the hotel advertises airport shuttles but does not cover all scheduled flight times. One of the primary factors in booking a room with you was the airport shuttles but does only to discover I had to get a ride share since my flight arrived at 11 PM. The lobby area was very nice and the location is great . The cookies were delicious as always.
AC in my room basically didn’t work. Had it set at 60 and it never got cold. Moved to a new room only slightly better AC with the same setting. They did send up a fan. Staff was very friendly and attentive! They were 5 stars! Fitness room also very warm. The hotel just seemed very antiquated at its core. If you like to sleep warm this is the place for you! The views out of the room are also nice.
Wish they would say how big the bathroom was. I would definitely upgrade if the bathroom is bigger. Ours in the standard king is so small. The place is a bit dated the main sign needs to be cleaned and parking if you stay at the hotel should not cost 15 bucks a night.
