★★★★★ 5 Stars – Very Comfortable Stay Really enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has a cozy vibe that makes you want to stay longer. Location is great, just a short walk to i-City, so it’s convenient if you want to explore. The breakfast was good too, lots of variety and tasty enough to look forward to every morning. The room itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The bed felt like sinking into a soft cloud after a long day. The bathroom has a fun design too ,you can open the blind and watch your partner brushing their teeth or doing other ‘business’ if that’s your thing! Not sure why it’s there, but it adds a quirky charm to the room. The view was nice as well. Not exactly a skyline, but I liked looking out and seeing people working in the office across the way. It makes lounging in bed feel like a win. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. All in all, it’s a solid five stars from me. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in Shah Alam!

A Wonderful Stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam i-City From the moment I arrived, I was already in love with the hotel's elegant black-themed design — it gave such an exclusive and classy vibe. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well-kept. It felt welcoming right away. What really made the stay special was the hospitality. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with genuine warmth. They were not only friendly but even took the time to ask how we were doing. Their constant smiles made us feel truly appreciated as guests. Overall, it was a superb experience. Definitely one of the best hotel stays I've had, and I’ll surely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Booked a twin room. Bed is comfy, toilet is clean. Welcomes with friendly customer service in WhatsApp and can make a request too. Buffet breakfast is tasty with varieties and environment is nice. Staff is polite and nice. Easy access to mall and the amusement park makes it even attractive. All the needs are surrounded the hotel.
