Great views! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is it does take a while to get the front desk. You would stand in line and it’s like their computer systems are slow as they’re checking in people. They need to find a way to streamline and make that process quicker. Folks who are coming to the hotel just want to get an answer to their question or get to their room immediately. If someone can find a way to make the process of checking in go smoother and quicker, that would be great. Also, this isn’t just a complaint for this hotel. It seems like all hotels have that issue. I also need to talk about the restaurant on the very top floor. That is the most cool place! The views are absolutely amazing. Everyone, including folks who live in the area, need to check that out!
Checked in today and I must say reception is quite unfriendly. Didn’t get a cookie or was told about a food credit I was supposed to get with Gold status until I remembered. Had to ask reception a question and the vibes were pretty bad. I went to the cafe and the guy working there stared at me and was rude when I asked the price of some of the items (no listed prices on anything in their store). Even when I tried to smile and be nice to these employees I was met with stern faces. To be honest I’ve never seen this before at a hotel or in life. Something must be going here to make these employees so miserable. Aside from that the rooms are dated, the curtains are literally torn. I wish I booked elsewhere.
Worst experience ever! Room 1212 had no working bulbs, no fridge, no shower gel, vending machine on that floor was not working. Troy the receptionist did a good job convincing me he was going to give me a nice room. Instead he gave me a room that was definitely under maintenance. Was it because I was not wearing a suit, Troy? And I did notice your sarcastic response when I asked about food. Crap room! My company will get a report- so not to make reservations at this hotel.
