My wife and I escaped the kids for a couple of nights and found this beautiful spot in the further reaches of the Douro valley. We were greeted with a warm, smiling welcome from the owners and staff. Quiet location, excellent style, recently renovated, beautiful pool overlooking the valley. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay special, including preparing us fresh sandwiches upon arrival, serving homemade lemonade, and topping it off with a basket of freshly picked peaches from their gardens. A lovely site, matched with lovely customer service. These guys are getting it right. Thank you.

We just stayed - coming from Canada and the US - and found this place to be magical! Wonderful staff, owner, views, and location. The fresh breakfast delivered was fantastic and the space allowed us to enjoy eating, lounging, sleeping, swimming, and walking nearby. This place is absolutely amazing - better than expectations. The people were so nice! It was beyond beautiful.

The perfect getaway for couples, friends & family, even for solo travelers. The rooms are clean & well equipped. Love the tranquility of the place, the breathtaking view & the amazing breakfast basket sent to us daily by the friendly staff.
