Excellent service throughout. They lend you kayaks, pedal boats, and small sailboats for activities. They also lend you masks for snorkeling. Both the 24-hour room service and the staff are excellent.

Unforgettable experience. The hotel is super comfortable, super cute and with all the amenities to make your stay a dream experience (spacious, bright, comfortable, clean and complete rooms). Special mention to the cleaning staff who do an excellent job. Beautiful and comfortable facilities. The staff from another planet, kind, cordial, friendly and with all the predisposition to assist you and resolve any questions you may have. They make you feel at home, as they say when you enter. The hotel has a variety of foods (in its five restaurants) and a variety of drinks (also in the restaurants, as well as in the multiple bars it has in the beach and pool area). Excellent work and dedication of the staff in charge of this. Daily activities are carried out with the entertainment team, who are geniuses and always with the best vibes to have fun and have a great time. Special mention to Bryan, Chicken, Exótico, Nicky, Pantera, Champion, Jay, with whom we share every day. Furthermore, every day there is a show with a different theme, suitable for the whole family, by the entertainment and dance team. Excellent. The hotel is family-oriented and that provides tranquility. That is why they try to take advantage of the entire day, since at night the activities end at 11 p.m., although there is a bar that remains open to have a drink and listen to music, and a small discotheque that is also open. What can I say, an unforgettable experience that I recommend doing and that undoubtedly invites us to return again. Thanks for everything.

Spent Christmas week 2024 with family, overall a nice property. There were quite a few people given the period but also very personal. Large spaces, large swimming pools and we always found free sunbeds both on the beach and in the pool despite more than one person getting up early to occupy them. Sufficient general cleanliness and food quality, I didn't expect to be at my home. All-inclusive formula I didn't pay for anything I consumed except for the theme evening dinners which we didn't try but the impression was that it wasn't worth it. We eat and drink. We think a lot about tips, in the village they don't ask for them but we know that this is the case, we limited ourselves to a few coins for cleaning the room and something for table service. Clean and very beautiful beach as are the swimming pools. Suitable for families with small children. Wi-Fi throughout the village but on the beach it doesn't get much. During this week they organized many events both during the day and in the evening. If you are a light sleeper like me I recommend good earplugs to block out the music. I have always slept well. Room service works surprisingly well. Always bring everything you need to manage any stomach problems due to food, you are not at home and some disturbances may occur due to different foods and cooking methods as well as management and conservation with different standards. Very active Dominican entertainment, supportive and kind Italian French-Red staff. High price but the period is expensive. Several excursions available, be careful who you choose because those in the village have insurance, the others do not. We visited Saona and the blue lagoon, a beautiful boat trip departing from the Viva Dominicus village (which we saw as being a notch lower than Dreams). It has rained often but it doesn't last long and it's never cold. We tanned a lot and took a thousand swims in the sea. In the village there is a spa and a gym, we did not use it. It is possible to upgrade to a Preferral customer with reserved areas but in our opinion it is absolutely not worth it (I don't know the prices). Outside the village there is practically nothing to visit, a small market and a casino. 10 minutes away there is a small center with some shops and restaurants for tourists, it is not interesting but we purchased Sant'Anna water because in the village only purified water which is not like mineral water. Transfer to/from the airport with JumboTours well organized with minibus reserved for us and driver with overall safe guide.
