Drover's Motor Inn Dalby

I've travelled quite a lot and stayed in many places, and never have I encountered two people as genuinely kind, caring, and extraordinary as Katherine and David. These two incredible hotel/motel managers truly going above and beyond in ways I never could have expected. During my stay, I wasn’t feeling well, and Katherine took care of me as if I were family. She checked in on me, made sure I was comfortable, and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed to feel at ease. It wasn’t just about great service, it was about genuine compassion and kindness, the kind you rarely find anywhere. Their warmth and dedication created an atmosphere that felt less like a hotel and more like a home away from home. Katherine and David are rare gems in the hospitality industry, and their level of care is something I will never forget. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, know that you will be looked after by two wonderful people. Thank you to you both - you have truly set the gold standard :) The motel itself was exceptional. The rooms were clean, beautifully maintained, and was the nicest motel I have ever stayed in.

I have to give the Drovers Motor Inn five stars because of the managers and staff! They are always friendly and welcoming and greet you with a smile. The rooms themselves are quite modern with good beds and pillows - and a good sized room. They also have a chair to rest on to watch the tele which is a bonus and the bathroom is quite modern with glass screen and everything you need. Good price for what you get and good servcie - what more could you ask for.

Some people just shouldn't be in hospitality. The lady who "greeted" was as pleasant as a cup of vinegar. Rude and abrupt understate her demenour. There's lots of good motels in town. Do yourself a favour and stay in another one.
