Dune Resort Mielno C

A very pleasant property, located literally on the beach, with very friendly service at the reception. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped, including sun loungers. There's a Żabka club in the building, which is a lifesaver on more than one occasion :)

The negative reviews had us a bit confused. The room was perfectly fine, with a small kitchenette and some dishes. There's nothing to complain about with the half-board option. The beach is just around the corner. We didn't use the bathroom, so no judgment there. Of course, there's always room for improvement. The carpets in the hallway and the stairs could perhaps be vacuumed and swept every two days. However, the covered area in the restaurant needs to be cleaned daily, meaning the stone floor needs to be vacuumed. So, it was a relaxing vacation for us. All the best to you and many satisfied vacationers.

Google Maps says it's a hotel. However, when I went to the reception, I learned that Dune is a private apartment, not a hotel, so certain services are missing. I asked for a change of bed linen, and the lady said it was a fee. I asked for the trash to be taken out, but the lady told me to do it myself. I asked for a refill of tea and coffee capsules, and the lady asked for money. This is difficult for me to accept because our room is small and not an apartment. It's a hotel price. A dog costs 80 PLN per night. It's a great location near the beach and there's a Frog. The breakfast was decent, and the service was Ukrainian-Polish. The pool and sauna were a bit neglected. I guess you have to clean it yourself, as is typical in apartments, haha.
