Great resort with lots of activities to be had. Great place to have a relaxing time... Be it with family or friends. Minor plumbing issues during the stay. But overall a very positive experience.

One of the best resorts in Bangladesh. Impeccable staff, good food, great rooms and villas all wrapped in an ECO environment. If you're trying to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place you want to be. Very safe whether you are coming with your family, friends or colleagues. Loved the spa (do make an appointment first)!  Peak season - off season, still all good! Just one little suggestion - it would have been great if they offered complimentary pick up from Sylhet Airport and drop.

Very basic customer service, food is mediocre and accommodations not in line with the price. Breakfast buffet has minimum items, they don’t serve bottled water at the table for breakfast (only for lunch and dinner) unless asked and requested multiple times. Can’t sit at the restaurant without fighting bugs and flies off your plate. WiFi is pretty bad and when the power goes out everything shuts off till generators kick in. Staff is always ready to say no before anything is requested by customer. Restrooms outside of our villa was pretty bad. Restaurant and pool bathroom needs to be cleaned more often. Utensils and glasses in the restaurant weren’t cleaned well. 2 occasions I had to send glasses back to the kitchen with lipstick stain on them. Table clothes at the restaurant weren’t changed after customer ate a meal, only wiped down with tissue papers. Which attracts ants and other bugs on the table. This is an establishment with a lot of potentials but management have given up. Spa was probably the best thing at this resort. They’re very knowledgeable and professional. I’d spend my money elsewhere next time.
