Excellent Service from Bellman Jamil! I had a wonderful experience thanks to Jamil, the bellman at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, polite, and attentive. He handled my luggage with great care and provide good drink for us. The day we checked out he also show his professionalism and make me feel cared and warm. Jamil’s warm attitude and professional service truly made me feel at home. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely kind and dedicated. Thank you, Jamil, for making my stay even more enjoyable!

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Service was excellent - Rizi, Riya, and Janice were helping us out at reception and they made the check-in process very smooth and welcoming. Pearl, Honey, and Evelyn had attended to us for most of our breakfasts and dinners. They were incredibly warm and attentive during our 5-day stay. They always remembered our orders from the previous day, and they were very considerate of our dietary restrictions (vegan). Pearl also makes a wonderful espresso martini! In particular, Honey always went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was comfortable. It was our first time visiting Singapore and she gave us a number of helpful tips to navigate the city, and all of her recommendations were excellent. We always looked forward to chatting with her. The only downside to the hotel that we found was that the elevators were quite slow… the staff explained that renovations were restricted due to heritage laws protecting the building, and the drawback was so negligible that it didn’t take anything away from our days. The historic charm of the building made it worth it. Overall, we will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we are in Singapore. Thank you for everything!

Very well designed boutique hotel in a great location. Great for both design buff and those who seek great places for night out/dinning. The hotel offers almost 12-hour snack and drinks - such a great perk!! Only downside might be noises from the nearby night scene, though still at the acceptable level.
