We're from Malaysia and stay here for almost a week while my husband stays for more than 2 months. Thank you so much for your exceptional service and warm hospitality during our stay. To the receptionist, we are grateful for your warm welcome and kind assistance throughout. Your professionalism and patience made us feel well cared for from the moment we arrived. To the housekeeping lady, thank you for maintaining our room with such care and attention daily. Having a clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged space each day made us feel right at home. Always making sure our requests were fulfilled, and we are beyind grateful for that ❤️ To the breakfast buffet team, your service was beyond wonderful. Each morning, we were greeted with genuine smiles and thoughtful gestures. You never failed to check in with us, asking if we needed anything or if everything was to our liking. One time i asked Prem, banana for my 3 yo kid, he brought cut banana perfect for kids intake. That kind of amaze me 👍 Your teams attentiveness made breakfast feel extra special. And to the in-room dining chefs and staff, your dishes were chef's kiss ❤️ so delicious 🤯 There’s something so comforting about having a delicious meal in the quiet of your room and you made that experience perfect, every single time. You worked behind the scenes, but your presence was felt in every bite. Your kindness, effort, and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. Thank you for going above and beyond.

The room no 705 has a bad smoky odour.. else the hotel is awesome. The food is good. No complaints. But they should have air freshners in the washrooms. And remove the stink from this particular room. When it came to charging us.. they didn't spare a penny.. hope they work on this too.
