Very nice hotel, I enjoyed their room, very confortable bed, the service was also great, the dinner needs a little retouch to make it a restaurant apart from that I would definitely recommend. Can't wait to visit again!

Smart innovation services with their lighting system. Unfornately not extended to the TV. They need to do more with regard to more awareness video clips scrolling on the TV at the reception area and the restaurant to show the entire pictures of the facility. If not that I was with my colleague, I won't have known they had a good bar with a nice view at the rooftop. It was a nice experience and good hospitality.

One star is too many stars. There were two large cockroaches in a bathroom and the guy they sent to clean it whacked them with a slipper and took them away. Another bathroom smelled of urine because the previous tenants had apparently used the bathroom floor as a toilet and no none had bothered to do a thorough clean-up. The toilet seat was also covered in pee. The dead cockroache under the sink didn't help. The extra bed was provided without sheet and we had to call for them at 11pm. A room's door handle was broken. In the morning, water availability in the bathrooms was intermittent. Breakfast was nothing to write home about either. Unmitigated disaster with no recovery attempted by any of the staff. Hard to imagine they would have been able to do much anyway since there was a constant leak above the reception that fell onto the desk which no one seemed to want to tend to. When I pointed it out, I was advised to move just a little off to the side...
