I really don’t understand some of the reviews. We just stayed here for a week and it was brilliant. Yes there are some old carpets in the hallways and some chipped paint off some of the signs but the rest of it was outstanding. The food was nice, the staff couldn’t do enough to help and the atmosphere was amazing. Will definitely return.

In general, impressions are ok. The room was clean, the food was good, the beach was close. Some small complaints are: earlier check in is not possible, but if you pay 50e, there is a room for you 😁. The service was badly organized, there were many guests and few staff. Sometimes we had to wait 15 minutes for the main portion, and you have to wait at least half an hour for the donuts. Everything else was really great, that's why 3 star

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I paid a significant amount of money expecting a relaxing holiday in a respectable hotel, but the reality was extremely disappointing. The first thing I noticed was the blatant discrimination in how guests were treated. Foreigners—especially Westerners—were treated with respect and courtesy, while Arabs, particularly Algerians, were clearly marginalized and treated unfairly. Room service was very poor. The housekeeping staff refused to change the bed sheets or provide enough towels and shampoo, even though there were four of us staying in the room. When I politely asked for these basic services, I was met with rudeness and complete refusal. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any place that claims to offer high-quality service. In the restaurant, the discrimination was even more obvious: foreigners were served larger, cleaner, and well-cooked portions of food, while our portions were small and sometimes even burnt. Drinks were served to foreigners in full bottles, while Arabs were only allowed a single glass. We were also prohibited from taking food out of the restaurant, whereas foreigners were allowed to take it out in full plates right in front of the staff with no objection whatsoever. One cleaning staff member in the restaurant behaved as though she was in charge and spoke to Arab guests in a condescending and disrespectful tone. I witnessed something truly unacceptable: a shoe placed on the food cart that is used for serving dishes. When I pointed it out, she looked at me with anger, mockery, and contempt. The large swimming pool was always reserved for foreign guests. Every day, the hotel staff would set up towels and reserve sunbeds for them in advance. Meanwhile, Arab guests were rarely given access—only one or two Arab families at most could use the area—despite paying the same rate and staying in the same hotel. The reception team and the rest of the staff never smiled at us. No greeting, no attention, and no respect whatsoever. I truly felt that we were not welcome there at all. I’ve visited Tunisia several times and stayed in 4- and 5-star hotels, but I’ve never experienced this level of humiliation and discrimination before. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially for Arabs and Algerians. This was my first and last time staying there, and I wouldn’t wish such an experience on anyone seeking relaxation, respect, or even basic human dignity.
