Excellent hotel! Very good hotel with a delicious and varied buffet breakfast. I especially enjoyed the spa — the massage was amazing! I’d like to thank the ladies named Zoha and Sabina — they were very kind, friendly, and professional. I will definitely come back again!

Stayed here around a year ago. It was unforgettable, in the worst way possible. Staff were rude and racist upon entry, making fun of my Egyptian in-law. The room was also dirty, with hair, someone's old necklace, white stains on the floor, the kettle had left over water in it. There was no free water in the room. When we called someone about the room, he said theres nothing I can do for you all our staff has gone home. We told him this was unacceptable, and he made it personal by saying "ma'am you seem like you have a big temper". ???. How can you work in hospitality and speak that way. I couldn't sleep at night as the room was facing a nightclub, and you heard everything. My sister put a review up on how rude the staff were and how the room was dirty. The following morning before check out there were persistent knocks on my door, even though I had the do not disturb sign up. I had asked them to go away from inside but they wouldn't stop knocking. I didn't need room service as I was leaving in an hour at that point. Once I opened the door two ladies barged in, seemingly the chief of cleaning and the cleaning lady. They would not leave me alone, asking me to delete the review and apologising profusely, but then asking to delete the review. They tried to guilt trip me and tell me that the cleaning lady was poor and would lose her job, however it is not my fault that she did her job incorrectly, her personal situation should not be made known to me. The ladies stayed in my room for probably 30 minutes, trying to bargain with me to delete the review on tripadvisor and booking.com, which I could not even do as it wasn't me who posted the review. Once they left I went to check out, and I requested the names of the people at reception who worked the night before that were rude, and a lady overheard me and pulled me to the side. She was the manager of the hotel. She spoke to me alone for another 30 minutes, apologising for what had happened, then continuing to ask me to delete the review and that it would hurt the brand. She said this was unusual for the hotel but Ive read plenty of reviews that sounded the same. To conclude, the apology definitely was not genuine, as it kept circling back to deleting the review. I was offered a free lunch at the hotel, but honestly I was just grateful to get out of the nightmare. The only positive is that the hotel itself is actually very beautiful, and has a great pool. Shame it has old unclean rooms, and the staff does not take care of it how it should. Don't waste your money or time, theres plenty of nicer hotels in the area.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel it’s my duty to warn future guests: Hotel El Mouradi was a complete and utter disappointment. Calling this a 5-star hotel is not only misleading — it’s offensive to the hospitality industry. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional. Unless you’re a personal friend of the employees, don’t expect decent service. It was blatantly clear that some guests were receiving smiles and attention while others — like us — were ignored or treated with indifference, if not annoyance. Basic courtesy was nonexistent. It felt like we were inconveniencing them by simply being there. The rooms were outdated and in poor condition, with visible signs of neglect. Even worse, they were infested with insects, making it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. The furniture was old, the beds were uncomfortable, and overall, the room looked more like a low-budget motel than anything resembling a luxury hotel. The breakfast was, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever encountered in any hotel. The food was stale, flavorless, and clearly prepared without care. Nothing was fresh, and the overall quality was unacceptable even for a 2-star establishment, let alone a 5-star. There was no air conditioning in the lobby or public areas, making it stifling and unbearable during the day. The discomfort was made worse by the complete lack of concern from hotel staff. To top it all off, the beach was filthy — littered with garbage and completely unmaintained. It was disheartening to see such a beautiful natural space so poorly cared for. In summary, this hotel is an embarrassment to the concept of five-star hospitality. The lack of professionalism, the favoritism among staff, the deplorable conditions, and the overall neglect make it the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
