This is a very nice hotel. I recommend getting the half board so you can have a nice breakfast to star the day and a good dinner after your daily tour. They have a nice pool but it was too cold for us to use. The hotel is located in the tourist area, a nice and clean location. Easy access to the main roads. My wife forgot her AirPods and they immediately called me to let me know. We were too far away so the receptionist promptly send the AirPod to my next destination (Hammammet) for free! It was so kind! I highly recommend this hotel.
To start with the toilets weren't properly cleaned when I first entered the room. The service is horrible the receptionist was yelling at the phone. And later when came dinner time ( I am not a picky eater) the food sucked there are choices but all of it equally suck. At the bar, the bartender told us they he only has concentrated juice to make cocktails so if u love drinks and food this place is a no no. Now moreover the guests and and staff all eat in the same place. And the cheese isn't even real cheese
You don't deserve on 1 star either disgusting room and smelly. they need a deposit for everything.
