Elani Bay Resort

The hotel is very expensive for what it offers. The rooms are in need of renovation, with non-functioning windows and a lack of cleanliness. There is no dedicated parking space for residents, and with the area being crowded, you may end up parking far away. On the positive side, the location is nice, right next to the beach. However, the beach bar was disappointing, offering no food besides pizza. The breakfast was good — probably the best part of the hotel.

Beach bar review: I was charged 6.50€ for a frappe that's listed as 4.50€ in the menu. At the time I'm writing this, there is nothing in the menu about paying 2€ extra for milk and the waiter did not explain that to me. The manager did not seem to care either, she just brushed me off quickly. It's a shame they don't care about customers satisfaction, because the beach was amazing and the frappe was one of the best I've tried in Greece. There is a lot of potential for this business but I guess they don't really think long-term. The service in bar was under expectations. We ordered pizza and chicken nuggets, waited for 45min and when pizza arrived they informed us that they don't have any more chicken nuggets. No dishes and napkins served with meal. Next time I'll go to Siviri and take proper lunch with normal service.
