Elba Sunset Mallorca Thalasso Spa

Our third stay at the Elba Sunset—it genuinely feels like home walking into reception on the first day! The staff clearly care deeply about the hotel; every day they're attentively maintaining something new —gardeners, PR, managers always visible. Special thanks to Felix the porter at reception and David at the bar for exceptional service. The rooms and views are perfect—hard to beat in Mallorca. This was our first time staying during peak season and also on the same level as reception. Occasionally, there was some late-night noise from people running and shouting in the corridor, which could perhaps be monitored a bit more closely, although I understand people are just enjoying their holidays in their own way! Another small point: our child wasn't allowed to play with a small ball or inflatable in the pool, yet a group drinking beer in the pool and being rather loud was permitted. The hotel might consider clarifying its policies here, as it clearly aims to be a relaxing haven, but a few improvements might help it achieve this atmosphere even more consistently. Apart from these minor points, it's a wonderful place, the food has noticeably improved, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Absolutely stunning hotel, VERY CLEAN! Rooms very spacious, we were upgraded on arrival to a sea view which was a lovely surprise. Had towels, robes, slippers, hats and water in room. Free ice cold fruit drink on arrival too. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return. It was a chill vibe, although its not adult only we only saw a few children there during our stay. It was peaceful and relaxing just what we needed. The Bow restaurant- Wow! Amazing views, with delicious quality food, Staff were very friendly too. Very reasonably priced too, we ate there a few times and were never disappointed.

Fully enjoyed my stay. The service was impeccable. I felt relaxed uncomfortable throughout my stay, the staff were very polite. The room was lovely I liked the complimentary water on arrival in the fridge. Food at breakfast was nice. There was a healthy and good amount of choice. Only downside Is the location once you’ve been into the town to go to the beach coming back up that Hill was difficult. Overall enjoyed my stay and I would tell my friends and family and visit again thank you!
