Eldorado Hotel & Spa

I made my reservation on Booking.com. When I arrived at the hotel, they had no record. Luckily management was able to get us into a room. The staff went above and beyond. The rooms were updated, clean and comfortable; however, I could not get the room as cool as we would have liked it. The valet service was fast and friendly. The bartender in Cava was friendly, knowledgeable and made excellent drinks.

I’m wayyy picky about hotels, so please believe me when I say: this place is SO GOOD. From start to finish, the service was a solid 10/10. Every staff member - from valet to front desk to poolside waitstaff - was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. I especially loved that I could text the front desk with questions or requests; it made everything feel seamless and easy. If you’re someone who likes to tip for great service (like I do), definitely come prepared with a little extra cash - the level of care here absolutely deserves it. Our room was cozy, cute, and spotlessly clean, with super comfortable beds that made it easy to relax. It was on the smaller side but I knew that was the case when I booked the room. We didn’t make it to the restaurants because we spent most of our time at the pool - it was that nice. The loungers were actually comfortable (rare find), atmosphere was relaxing, and food from the pool menu was delicious. Once again, the service out there was outstanding. This hotel just gets it right. I’m already looking forward to going back (and hopefully getting a chance to check out the spa)!

Room was big and clean, but lots of little things were noisy (refrigerator, glass door of shower banged every time we closed it, house keeping in the hallways VERY LOUD and made sleeping in hard) and service spotty - some staff so kind, friendly and helpful while others just ‘doing their job’ with no warmth the other staff have. Paul and the rest of the bell/valet team are exceptional, hard working and friendly! Super kind!!! Location was great and close to everything with parking and the salt water pool is awesome!
