Elegance East Hotel Boutique Class

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Depends on which room you are booking, ours was a little smaller than expected. But the pool area is really nice and offers enough places to chill. Also the Hotel is close to Old Town with a lot to see and do, you can take tram to the beach or shopping center. Breakfast Buffet was fresh and good. The Staff was always very friendly and tried their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Great hotel and staff Feels like a little oasis inside the bustling city. Easy access to the tram and busesط Lovely fresh and well prepared breakfast They accommodated our party of 14 and really looked after us. My only suggestion would be longer opening hours for the pool.

this is a review of the hotels spa Where to begin, not a good experience. I have bruises from the “relaxing” massage, I get regular remedial massage at home, I know difference between painful good and painful bad, this bruise is from poor and incredibly rushed technique. But can I fully blame the poor woman, this place incredibly overbooked so the poor staff are rushing to get through people, we sat waiting on a futon between activities for 20-30 minutes doing nothing while they tried to catch up. Also means that while they advertise you can leave at your own pace, wrong, you will be asked to leave as soon as the clay mask is dried otherwise they have no room for the next people. The foam body scrub, my person felt careless, splashing water up my nose and flinging foam into my eye (stung so much). Side note, this didn’t bother me heaps, but to my hygiene freak girlies for if it bothers you, they don’t replace the exfoliating mitt between people so scrubbing you with what they scrubbed the last persons dead skin with
