Elite Boutique Hotel

I came to this hotel since i was attending an exam at AUC - American University Of Cairo. This hotel is very near approximately 5 minutes away from university. The service was excellent. Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are very helpful. Even the person at reception help me order my dinner from his mobile through talabat. I recommend this hotel and I surely plan to stay in future. Please note there wont be any board or signs outside the hotel but you can reley on the google map. And if you call them they will direct you from outside. Most importantly staffs can communicate it english and can help you if are not good Arabic speaker. Thanks

This is the a real example of how a bad management and a bad staff can ruin everything, I reserved 3 times for some friends during the past 2 months and the first experience was good however the second and third one was horrible !!! Even the phone number is useless as no one is answering after 20 times !! Whatsapp is the same .. very cold and annoying replies , i asked to contact a manager and guess what ? They said no 😄 Last time i reserved a room and it was free cancellation till certain date and because no one is reachable i missed that date and when they replied a day after .. they said no SORRY this is non refundable .. aside from the money it was very bad if not the worst customer experience i have every had on the hospitality level.
