Elite Palace Hotel & Spa

The hotel amenities were excellent! We were bumped up to a premium room and it was a great experience. We also tried the spa and I only missed having a cold plunge, although the cold showers had a nice system with multiple temperature programs that would change automatically, like the tropical rain and cold mist. All very well made. But the best part was the service. Leila and Tommy from the reception were extremely well prepared. We need assistance twice and they were very attentive to details and made us feel comfortable to solve all we needed.

The hotel is rated four stars, but it doesn't fulfill the standards. There is a sort of renovation ongoing, which affects some floors. The room we got on the 9th floor was without climate control, exposed to south-west, it was extremely hot inside, we were provided only a small table fan to compensate the heat. The room felt a bit outdated. Hotel prices in Stockholm are high, but I felt it was too much paying 160 € for a double room like that.
