Staying at the hotel left a pleasant impression. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Each room has water, a kettle, cups, tea, and coffee. For an additional 10 euros, you can have breakfast. If you choose not to eat at the hotel, there are many cafes and shops nearby. They can also arrange an airport transfer for you. Overall, I highly recommend it. We were very satisfied.

In a terrible travel situation where we were stranded due to airspace, we were taken to the Elite Port Hotel. I imagine it would have been a hugely stressful situation for the staff, scrambling to deal with a sudden influx of tired upset travellers. They were brilliant. Extremely helpful and did everything they could to make things easier. Ayetullah and Samet were two individuals who went above and beyond, but every member of staff was courteous, helpful and went out of their way to help us navigate an unpleasant time. The hotel itself is very pleasant. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, nice food, good shower. I'd recommend it in any situation.
