Elmi Suites Beach Hotel All Inclusive

This is a great value-for-money hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. Really enjoyed our stay here. We weren't expecting much, but our room was spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and a kitchenette with fridge and sink. The place was a little old and certain areas in need of repair but overall it was very nice. The food as part of the all inclusive package was very good and the chef tries to give variety each day. If you want a well-located hotel, near to beaches and pubs, which is well-priced and comfortable, look no further than here.

A complex of buildings catering quite a few people. Some buildings are older than others. They cope well at meal times, everyone knows what job they have to do so everything flows smoothly. The food is absolutely fine, there is something for everyone, freshly cooked. There are a few pools mostly small, very disappointing that they allow guests to leave their towels on the sun loungers even though they are still sleeping. We never found room at the main pool. The bars in the all inclusive are really good. The staff in general are all lovely, polite, helpful and hardworking.

Stayed for one week- Avoid at all cost all inclusive does not mean all inclusive. Extremely poor customer service Limited vegetarian options Rooms not cleaned everyday - mosquitos 🦟 No working phones in rooms to contact reception or manager Manager (Nicholas) contacted after 5 days of chasing and he said will compensate but kept avoid us - says one thing and does nothing about it - makes false promises. Finally got compensation from booking agent. You rather pay and get what you deserve on a well deserved holiday. Please please avoid at all cost It not suitable for families
