Elysium Deluxe Suites

We loved this place. Stayed for 6 nights. The staff felt like family. Especially the man and lady working by the pool restaurant. Because of their service and hospitality I will come back here every time. Facilities are very nice and has a nice relaxed atmosphere. It's also very clean. The area the hotel is in is not great, but taxis and shuttle bus is easily accessible. Also there was a strange smell in the air, like a sewerage smell. Not sure if there was an issue in the area. Hopefully it gets resolved soon. But I'll definitely be back.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you for my recent stay. The room service was outstanding, and having a driver available at the hotel made getting around incredibly convenient compared to ordering a taxi. The rooms were beautifully presented, and the facilities, including the pool and spa, were lovely. Breakfast was fabulous as well! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

Everything in this place is disappointing and feels pointless. We booked an apartment with a kitchen. After booking, they sent a message saying they “don’t provide cooking pots or frying pans.” but the kitchen was empty, when we arrived. They provided a simple plates and cutlery after request The sauna didn’t work properly, and the steam smelled like mold. The gym is new, but there was a hole in the ceiling with water dripping from it. It also was not being cleaned — the floor was dirty, and the equipment have been covered in sweat marks The building and the apartment are brand new, but the quality is terrible. The rooms are cluttered with excessive decorative elements, which make the space feel smaller and uncomfortable to move around in. The location is far from everything in residential area. Just barking dogs, grazing goats and dust aroud. The balcony and the furniture near the pool was very dusty. This place is far from what you’d expect from a hotel with decent service, and it definitely isn’t worth the money. It feels like the staff absolutely do not care about the guests. Everyone working there seemed tired and unhappy to be there. I felt really uncomfortable during my stay. The only positive thing was the breakfast — it was fine and delicious.
