Emerald Hotel Pristina

We visited the spa and pool area as day guests and it was absolutely great. Very clean, modern and well organized. The pools, saunas and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing. Friendly staff and a calm atmosphere. We’ll definitely come back.

We stayed at the hotel while attending an event hosted in their spacious and well-equipped hall on the outskirts of Pristina. The hotel is modern, bright, and spotless, with regular rooms that are clean and comfortably sized. The breakfast buffet was very good, offering a wide variety of fresh options, and the lunch buffet was also fairly good—plenty of choices to satisfy different tastes. What truly stood out was the staff—superb across every department. Friendly, professional, and always helpful, they made our stay feel genuinely welcoming. Overall, a pleasant and well-rounded experience from start to finish.

Stressed staff that forget to do tasks. Got an ignorant answer from one of them when they made a mistake. They have no vegan options on the menu, but the staff told me they had when I called, before visiting them. The food they fixed came out with cheese and dairy products. Got a new one, half a dish that they charged me for because we didn't send back the one we kept. The dish was made with canned mushrooms which tasted not fresh. Did not finish the dish. The waiter told me "it's not his responsibility to do it right it's the chefs!" I did comment the waiter that I was disappointed with the service and he asked me for my feedback. So here it is! As a guest, I did not appreciate the backtalk of who's mistake it was. I was concerned about what I was served and needed reassurance. Anyway, I won't be going there for food anytime soon. When other hotels have better vegan options. The pool area is nice and we had fun although I didn't eat much the whole day. So do better for a star product!
