Had a great stay! The service was very good, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The overall vibe was really chill and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible and unprofessional customer service. I reserved on booking for $22 and had to pay $35 when I arrived. The guy at the front desk said it’s Tax which doesn’t make sense to be more than %50 just Tax. In the morning the guy at the front desk didn’t see me and he was talking to his boss making a story about me telling him I said don’t charge me any taxes because I’m Moroccan like you lol making stories to look smart. All I did was asking why are taxes more than 50% which didn’t make sense to me plus I didn’t mind paying it any way.

Warning to travelers: I booked a 1-night stay at this hotel through Agoda, but upon arrival, they informed me that the room had no electricity and water leakage. They offered to relocate me to another hotel in the area, suggesting cheaper options like Les Ambassadors Hotel, Majestic Hotel, and other budget hotels. They even offered breakfast at the alternative hotel. As a frequent visitor to Casablanca, I'm familiar with the hotels in this area, and even Ennesma Hotel is a decent option. However, since I only needed a place to stay for one night before my early morning flight, I booked this hotel. Be cautious: the staff may try to manipulate you into switching to a cheaper and potentially dirtier hotel. If you're only staying for one night, it might be okay, but otherwise, it could ruin your trip. For a better experience, consider booking an Airbnb apartment.
