Excellent hotel. Ask the rooms face the water. Such a beautiful view! Noice restaurants on site + the casino.
denied entry because i had a 10L bag with water bottle, passport and phone chargers etc. came back the next day at an earlier timing and had to pay $5 to get in... got in at 3+pm only to be told the table games starts at 6pm. goodness.
0. Would never recommend this hotel To anyone. We arrived and they told us they wouldn’t accept cards and that we could only pay cash. Room service took 2 hours via the “online” ordering service. The hotel took no accountability for anything, blaming everything on us. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Carpet was filthy. They never replaced the water bottles. We tried to go to the casino. My Partner who is Australian couldn’t get in unless his details were entered at reception? Which is absurd had we not been staying there and just wanted to go in… We Alerted the hotel it was our honey moon and got absolutely nothing to welcome our stay. Disgusting service.
